FYM currently only ships to any street address in Singapore. If you wish your order to be shipped to any other country, please write to us at cs@fym.com.sg.

Manufacturing Warranty
6 months (from the date on ‘Delivery Order’) against manufacturing defect based on one-to-one exchange.
Shipping Duration & Delivery Policy
Delivery Policy: To help you save on delivery charges, FYM will usually consolidate your items in one single order and ship them together. When estimating shipping duration, it is best to take the item with the longest Estimated Arrival and use that to calculate shipping duration for your order. Occasionally, FYM may ship your items to you separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees.
In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team within seven days and they will send a replacement.
Wrong Shipment:
Please write in to us at cs@fym.com.sg within 1 day of receipt of item if you find any wrong items in your order for us to assist you with the necessary exchanges/refunds. Kindly indicate your order number, product name and attach relevant images as well in order to speed up the processing time.
Missing Items in Shipment:
Please write in to us at cs@fym.com.sg within 1 day of receipt of item if you find any missing items in your order for us to assist you with the necessary. Kindly indicate your order number, product name and attach relevant images as well in order to speed up the processing time.
Defective Items:
Please write in to us at cs@fym.com.sg within 3 days of receipt of item if you find any defects in your order for us to assist you with the necessary exchanges/refunds. Kindly indicate your order number, product name and attach relevant images as well in order to speed up the processing time.

Cancellation Policy:
Only applicable for orders not yet shipped. If your order has been shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy.
To cancel your order, simply write in to us at cs@fym.com.sg with your order number for us to assist you with the necessary exchanges/refunds.
